Our mission
Skill deserves a national stage.
To find, develop and celebrate skilled competitors with disabilities — and to help them represent Malaysia on the international stage. The Road to Helsinki 2027 is how the nation backs that journey.

Education, vocational training and rehabilitation that equip people with real, employable skills — the foundation the Abilympics movement is built on.
More than a competition
Abilympics connects skills to employability, inclusion, public awareness and international cooperation — a permanent national platform, not a one-off event.
MCR's historical record also lists international affiliations including Rehabilitation International, the Asia & Pacific Disability Forum, the International Abilympics Federation, Very Special Arts and the International Council on Social Welfare. Current affiliations are being reconfirmed and will be published as approved.
